With rooms nestled inside Hilditch Pharmacy, Beauty at Hilditch offers a wide range of massage and beauty services to keep you looking and feeling great.

Bookings

See our therapist availability and book using our online booking system here 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

It is our standard policy to request a $50 deposit for booking made for 60 minutes or longer. We can call you or you can call us when it is convenient for you :)

 

We request as much notice as possible to reschedule or cancel any appointment.

 

Late arrivals and Cancellation Policy

 

Beauty at Hilditch offers a 5 minute grace period for all clients with bookings 30 minutes or more.  

Any and all treatments that are less than 30 minutes may be shortened in service time or will unfortunately (depending on the service) be cancelled if you are later than 5 minutes.

Our staff are happy to re-book and accommodate all of our valued clients whenever posiible.

 

Any client who has cancelled or not arrived for 2 or more appointments without a minimum of 4 hours notice may be required to pre-pay or place a non-refundable deposit on future booking. Please note that all bookings for 60 minutes or longer require a $50 deposit, regardless. 

 

Refunds or transfers of deposits are possible if cancellation is made no sooner that 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

 

24 hours ensures we have a chance to find another taker for the precious time slot booked, and remain a viable small business. Other massage businesses may request the full charge to be paid.
